Changing a Tiller to center console steering

Hey guys, just got a new boat, (New to me) and looking to buy a motor for it, it have the center console and i would really like for that to stay, but i cannot find a motor thats not a tiller for it. How hard would it be to convert it to be steered by the center console?

As long as the motor isn't too old, conversion kits are available. Of course the older the motor is the harder it is to find one.
