hey there i have a few questions on my 125 evinrude starflite i have a reading of 95 on three cylinders an 120 on the 4th one should i be worried?

Sounds like a blown head gasket. Has the motor every been over-heated?

its never overheated i ran it all summer just rebuilt carb on it buddy of mine said the spark plug wires are jumping spark will that cause the misfire?

You may have a bad intake gasket. Did you replace them when you did the carb job ?
