1981 johnson seahorse 7.5hp

I recently acquired a pioneer v nose jon boat with a seahorse 7.5 on it. I am looking for a propeller and skeg replacement as both are broken. I am pretty handy with mechanics and such just looking for ideas and wheree to get used propeller. I would also like to know as much as possible about this boat and motor as yall are willing to divulge. I am not new to boats but know little about these small johnsons. Please hook me up with locations for parts and any info on making the motor run better. Thanks in advance!
