LOOKING FOR JOHNSON 20 HP PARTS

BOUGHT A F7 ALUMACRAFT the other day and someone made it stick steer and remote throttle/gear selection. i,d like to change it to tiller control. heres engine spec's. 1973 yr model, engine model # 20rl73a, serial # E3780977. anybody got the parts to do this conversion ? also a rope start setup would be nice too. I,d consider buying a non running complete engine too. I,ve been told 20-25-30 and 35hp are all the basic same engine but not for sure yet on this.ANY HELP FROM KNOLEDGEABLE FOLF IS APPRECIATED TOO.
