Thanks guys, I think I need a different prop. I made the old one work for test purposes. Seems slow and motor dont sound very high rpms. So now I need a tach and see what its turning. Its running right and good just seems like it has too much prop and not enough rpms. My 9.9 is faster then the 15. So now I guess you get a smaller pitched prop to raise the rpms?

Also remember depending on the year of the 9.9 the hp maybe an at the prop rating.
