There's only two ways.
First, with a Puller.
Second: if you don't know the Second method you better get a Puller. :roll:

You can make a puller pretty easy with a FLat bar of metal, a couple of long bolts with Nuts too.
But if he don't know about a puller, he'd better stick to a Puller from the Auto parts store.
