Hello,
I have a 1977 Evinrude 15 HP motor that I purchased earlier this year. When I first got it, I was able to get it started and I took it out a few times, it worked good. Now when I start it, it starts up but in order to keep it running I have to have full throttle and play with the choke, otherwise it dies. Any ideas? I have replaced the hose between the fuel pump and the carb so that I can see that fuel is getting to the carb. I also replaced the clamps on the hose going to the fuel pump and I a have replaced the spark plugs.
Thanks,
Chris
