every auto supply store didn't have the 5/32 hose I needed - I did find some at a boat place - it's clear and off a Honda outboard
is there any issues with the clear stuff - I'm guess not

Assuming it can handle ethanol, you should be fine.
 
well I found it on ebay and ordered it for about $ 4 a foot - only need about 2 feet so that's not to bad - free shipping

I find that over time the clear lines will turn yellow due to the fuel inside and the sun outside.
 
My small town hardware store carries the yellow line in all sizes. 5/32 is $1 a foot. It is used on riding mowers. Most small engine shops should have it.
