E25TELEOR most of the time it cut in and out like its runing out gas and the other half of it run good but got to keep pumping the bulb it wont stay prime any ideas

Had a ski boat that would run out of gas after a min or so of full throttle. It was a little o ring dry rotted on the coupling for the gas tank. Could yours be sucking air as well.

Can you detect any air leaking around the squeeze bulb fittings ?
How old is your squeeze bulb ? How about any cracks in the rubber bulb.
There is a separate rubber bladder inside the bulb that contains the gas.
Then, there is the outside part, just like a football.
Then, there are two hard plastic balls that allow the fuel to flow only in one direction.
They are not spring loaded, they float freely. So the bulb must be at an angle or
straight up and down in the right direction for it to operate properly.
A combination of the fuel line fitting at the motor and a "less than good" squeeze bulb
could cause this fuel delivery issue.
If you have already eliminated the fuel pump, carburetor and vent on the gas tank, the next
area to check would be the fuel line connectors, hoses and bulb and clamps.
Pump up a lot of pressure while wiggling and jiggling the fittings and where the hose clamps are.
They don't last forever.

I myself, and many others here, have suffered the same dilemma that you describe.
If you can install your filter and squeeze bulb in a vertical position
you may have at least improved the fuel flow.

On my 25hp Johnson sitting on a 15" transom, there is not much room for the vertical installation,
there is only about 3" between the filter and squeeze bulb, but it works fine.

oh, :WELCOME: aboard !!

asks about the very same problem.

fuel line and bulb is less then six months old got evinrude and not attwood crap
ty for all the help

when I came to the end like this, I disconnected EVERY piece of
hose and filter in the fuel delivery system - and examined every
fitting and hose clamp. Took apart the squeeze bulb completely.
Removed the quick disconnect at the motor end and ran the fuel line
straight to the carb. With a new inline visible fuel filter.
It ran flawlessly since then.

Even tho it was not readily noticeable, apparently, the quick disconnect at the motor
was sucking air. The stainless metal clip did not click properly and hold
the fitting tightly to the mating end. Once I eliminated that junction,
the motor ran fine and siphoned gas as it should ........

Now, it could have been a few other things combined into the mix that prevented
proper fuel flow - I will never know. I just know that the issue was solved
after several days of chasing gremlins.

Good Luck !! Let us know when you get it fixed.
