20hp tohatsu with power tilt ????

I'm looking for the with of the upper 2 bolt holes for mounting the motor on the boat with. I'm in the process of building an aluminum transom and won't to put some heavier aluminum where the motor is gonna bolt to the transom r but I don't have access to the motor at the moment. You help would be great.

I would VERY strongly suggest that you have your motor
in your hands prior to drilling any holes.

Well I did read on the internet that I could drill holes before I have the motor so it must be true.

On a more serious note I want to put a solid pc of aluminum from the top to the bottom but I don't wont it 20" wide if it don't need to be. Just need the hole spacing for building purposes.
