Just wondering if my motor is running right or if there's something else I should check. It seems to kinda miss every few seconds when in idle. It runs fine otherwise.

The engine is lean on one cylinder at idle. You can make the engine run richer than it is by simply trimming the engine down farther than you have it at idle. Try it.
Possible reasons are sync and link is improperly adjusted, warped float bowl creating an air leak at the lift tubes behind the air bleeds, etc.
You can find the lean cylinder quickly by removing the air silencer cover and putting the back side of two fingers in front of each carb for a split second. The cylinder that picks up instead of slows down is the lean cylinder.
