'52 Johnson 3hp - C/L find

I know I don't need it !!!! but, for less than 50 bucks ??
I am trying to get in touch with the seller to see if I can pick it up tomorrow.

1952 Johnson 3hp Seahorse JW-10.
Was working fine but hasn't been started for 8yrs.
This piece is neat even as a wall hanger. $45 obo

Pull the gearcase drain screw and see how much water is in there. Check to see if it is a salty dog.....kinda looks like it. Compression? Forget ignition as it probably will not have it. Pull the spark plugs and see whats on them...rust? It has no lower cowlings either. Those ugly ducklings are fun to make run like a watch if they have all the basics. No more than 20 bux for that one though! Walk away when he doesnt take it. He will call you later if you leave your number.
