Fuel hoses and water pump impeller by all means. Double oil break-in for sure. As far as the asking price goes that is something you have to decide.
I think it's way too high. Used motors of that year up north here go for around $500 to $600.I find it hard to believe it's brand new. :---)

Great motor, I have one. I paid CAN$500 SH for it. It spent 6 months at the bottom of a local lake(don't ask) and when recovered started 2nd pull. Offer the guy half his asking price if it is really unused.
