Currently running a 14x60 flat bottomed welded boat with a 1990 2-stroke 20hp merc. The hull weighs around 450lbs and usually carries two guys 5 gallons gas and 50-100lbs gear/beer.My last two props have been 10 3/8x13p alum. (Mercury brand) that have provided good overall perfomance only struggling with 3 guys. The Mercury prop caculator does not seem to work with my parameters.I am considering a 10 5/8 x 12p and wondering how much speed I will lose or if I will be over-revving when alone in the boat. Also want to upgrade to 25hp carb.Any suggestions?

Without knowing your current WOT RPM with your average load out any suggestion is a shot in the dark.
