After a test run on my motor a few weeks ago, my son said it was surging. I replaced the plugs and we tried it again yesterday. It ran smoother than before but still wants to surge and it doesn't want to idle. I pulled the fuel pump off and cleaned it (Hoping I got it back together right) and plan to pull the carb and clean it. Anything else I might check and is there any tips on removing the carb?
