I have a 2015 Mercury 60/40 Jet. I just recently switched my gigging lights over to SEELITE 50 watt LEDs. I ran them to my starting battery so I could get rid of having to run a generator. My motor has an 18 amp alternator. The two 50 watt LEDs are 4.6 amps each plus I have two small spot lights that are ~2.5 amps each. I am currently less than 18 amps. If I want to add a larger spot light and two more SEELITEs and this puts me over my 18 amps; My Questions is... How long do you think I'll have before I could potential run my battery down to where my motor would not start. Also would it help any to run 2 batteries and just hook them together in a series?
