After changing out the intake to bring up the 20hp motor to a 25hp, I was wondering if after doing this I would need to change pitch or size of prop to gain anymore speed.Any thoughts?I am looking at getting a tiny tach to check actual RPMS.

Go to a parts manual for the 20 and the 25 and see if it uses the same prop first

Yeah, you will need a tach to be sure. I'd buy a $25 Hardline inductive tach off Amazon and get your rpm reading and then plug that in with your GPS speed into a prop calculator before making and prop purchases.
