My cam roller has and indention and I plan to replace it soon, my question is do I have to take off the whole carb to replace it? I took the breather off and it looks like it can just pop off, but I don't want to put that much force on it and accidently break the arm or something else.

I ground down my worn roller until smooth and put shrink tubing around it...if for whatever reason you can't get one soon enough...

...oh..the question...I just pull off the starter assy and the screw is visible. Leave carb on.

If just pulling roller I think there is an o ring holding it on. It should pull off.
