looking to buy a fourstroke, theres a 2002 15 hp mercury that isnt a bad deal, i have a 15' deep v starcraft and a 1992 25 hp yamaha currently on it and i can get 25mph by myself. How big of a loss on speed will i take with the 15? is there any way i can make it into a 20? ive been trying to find the specs online and have been unsucessful. also anyone that has that year mercury how do you like your motor?
