I have a 1973 evinrude 25 hp outboard that I want to lock on the boat and was wondering what lock width I need to lock the bow clamps together. Can anyone help?

Generic transom clamp works.. I have a 71 and a 74 evinrude

The Master lock type, or other brand, ‘bar clamp’ locks are a superior design, vs. just a padlock hanging off the clamps.

More expen$ive yes ... but isn't your OB worth it?
