welcome, and again, knowing what port you hail from is good to know.

is there a part number on the back of it ?

this might be something that you could make yourself if it came down to it.
if anyone in your area does sand casting. You could have a couple made out of aluminum.

OR - find a piece of aluminum, delrin, nylon, etc. that size for a blank and hand cut
the teeth with a saw blade.
To a lot of us, that is part of the fun of working on old boats and motors.
Fabricating a small part like that by hand - and having it work as good as the original.

I found a couple of members on the Antique Outboard Motor Club website
https://www.aomci.org that have some of these in their pocket.

This photo is from my 1960 Ship-Master control box. Since it is so old and
I don't have any history on it, your post prompted me to take mine apart and
inspect them. (I have two sets). They appear to be okay and no cracks.

Stopped by my local machine shop this afternoon about having some custom
made at a ridiculously stupid price. They are talking about water jets, milling
and boring machines - yada yada yada.

The price from the guys over at AOMC are talking about $13 or so each.

complete details sent to your PM box.
