New boat

picked up this bare hull xpress with aluminum trailer yesterday. It was the EXACT layout I was looking for to build a new stick steer jet with. Drove 619 miles round trip to get it, and spent all day working on it. Will be hitting the river tomorrow

That is sweet! And you did all that in one day? Would be interested in a bit more detail on the build.

It looks great man! I just have one question, what's with the diamond plate strip there in the middle?

I took a 3.5" hole saw to the back of the deck there to make an access hole to \ run a piece of pipe up thru the foam to run my trolling motor cables up to the front. The diamond plate covers the access hole.
