I have an older jetfoot on a 1982 Johnson 70hp. The exhaust pipe in the jetfoot has a hole rusted in it. How do I remove the pipe to replace it? I drilled out the two screws in the side and trying to pull the tube out with a slide hammer, but no movement. Anyone done it before?

They're not screws but a sort of u-bolt, item 11. https://outboardjets.com/download/large_series/large_series_jet_drives_models/MODEL%20L.pdf

Depending on how you drilled the holes you may be able to use a small punch to remove it.
