Picture Resizing

Im looking for a good way to resize my pictures. Is there anywhere to resizes pictures that you dont have to download something onto your computer? My computer is a fossil and I try not to download anything unless absolutely nessesary. Thanks for any info!

They now have Photoshop available online, I think it's free, so you can get your resize and pretty much anything else you want to do on:

Notn to download + has 2 different ways you can do it....even with cropping,eye reduction + plus....try it out

I use picasa from google it works fine, you do have to download it though
