What better way to retire an old boat than to put it out on the lawn - at the boatclub - for the kids to play in. Even has a color depthfinder and color GPS (where the screens were 'painted' on by a talented parent). Also has VHF and Morse controls. Kinda neat, huh :?: :!: :?: ?

Somehow ... I expect to see it floating downriver :shock: for some reason ...

Great idea. Probably thousands of old boats that would do some good in every playground in the nation.

Might teach the kids that there are pursuits other than keyboard games.

I know a guy who has 2 fiberglass boats in his yard. Buried almost to the gunnels , full of dirt and flowers. Looks pretty good in his yard.
