Wet Epoxy?

Have a couple of small pinholes in the bottom of my 16' Lund. Looks like the floation has absorbed saltwater over the years and ate through the aluminum, the holes continue to weep. I know the floor must come up, & the water soaked material removed for the problem to be addressed. In the short term is their any type of epoxy, or 5200 type of product that can be applied over the pinholes that are wet.

my bass boat had the exact same issue - right at the waterline.
When I sold it to my brother, he put in a pop rivet for a temporary fix
knowing that he will be gutting it soon and would do the permenant
fix then . . . just a thought.
but yes, all that waterlogged stuff has to come out sooner or later.
