All of it may not be listed on the healthy side of the menu but once summer rolls around and my garden starts producing, this is my kind of "healthy" meal.

As the lady in that commercial said ... WHERES THE BEEF? ... J/K, looks really good. Any type of dressing?

A little homemade dijon mustard vinaigrette

Homemade is as good as it gets and your choice has my mouth watering.

Question #1 ... What time does your Restaurant open?

Question #2 ... Can I order ahead so it is ready when I get there? It would be difficult waiting very long knowing that was headed for the table.

I'm not much good in the kitchen beyond eating. Some of the dishes I see here make me want to learn, but I have a hard time boiling water.
Now give me something I can put on the grill and I can keep myself fat.

Looks great
Yours look like they came from a 5 star restaurant, (not that I know much about that as I've only been to one). My ex would ooh and ahh over that for hours. She loved the presentation but she was a very good cook as well.
