Hello all, I am currently rebuilding a 1988 17' bluefin bass dominator, turning it into a bay boat. I am getting the ply cut, but prior to putting it in I was thinking of wrapping all the wood in a layer of fiberglass due to the fact that this is going to see almost exclusively saltwater. After the glass I am coating the upper surfaces with Duraback. Is this going to be an effective way of keeping the saltwater from eating up the wood?
