2 Cups Cooked Chicken (I use all parts, not just Breast, No skin, shredded) I usually buy one already cooked at the Market.
4 Ounces blue cheese crumbles
1 Package shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Then I mix together it all together.

I spray the dish with olive oil cooking spray, add the ingredients, then I pop it in the oven covered in foil at 350 until the edges start to bubble. Mix and serve with wheat thins and veggies.
 
Do share. My wife would like to contest your statement. I smoke our chickens and it adds a nice flavor....
 
Thanks for sharing. My wife uses cream cheese which is also great. I know I would love yours (I love blue cheese but the wife can't stand it!)
