Saw this and thought of you guys that like to tinker with old outboards. This was on our way to camping at the coast the past few days. Town is Valley Ford -- population 34.

Sorry, KM.....that's about a '40 Ford Standard. Still, if solid, could be a diamond in the rough.

Got it. Looks to be a pretty solid chassis for the age from what I can see of it. As you say "could be a diamond in the rough".
 
On this same camping trip we took a drive through some small towns just for fun. If you like old classic vehicles, check this out. The business is Willys America. Pretty obvious they specialize in Willys restorations & parts. This is in a town named Cazadero with a population of about 350.
