You will have to do it in safe mode. Do you have malwarebytes installed already?
If you do you can start in safe mode and run malwarebytes and hopefully it will remove it for you.
Are you good with doing registry edits and removals?

run a program called "hijack this" - https://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/
Install the 2.0.4 version and follow the prompts. This virus got on a computer at a friends house the other day and I just ran this real quick and it wiped it out surprisingly. I didn't look to see if it took "everything", but so far so good from what he said.

Seems to be fixed now, the hijack didn't work. Ended up trying a system restore to last Friday, everything looks to be back to it's semi-normal condition.
