Fishing with the club Saturday, the biggest in the last picture was 30".
Since Grouper are out of season, we had to throw them back.
Still, they were fun to catch. We were about 20 mi west of Hudson in 38'
of water, using live pinfish & cut sardines.
Keep Hacking...Jerry

Very nice fish, it drives me absolutely nuts that we can not keep them. Looks like you had a nice day on the water.
Yep, but it was still fun catching....and I need the practice :)

Nice gags Jerry,
Can you say fillet and release……………..
That's my mantra Dave :D . Our club member/boat owner
Dave Taylor had some very accurate numbers, and we actually got tired
of hauling in grouper. I personaly wacked 15 or so and Mike had around 20, all released.
This a great club, they share their spots and techniques. A great bunch of guys.
