Does anyone have a recommendation for free PDF Editor software. I would like to be able to edit some PDFs occasionally, but don't want to spend $ if I don't have to.

Plenty available as freeware (clogs up your PC with ads and tracking) or shareware, where you pay a nominal $10 fee ... just google search.

I use Inkscape. It's GNU license freeware, no SPAM. I've used it for about 5 or 6 years now. It has about 80-90% of the capabilities of Illustrator, but takes a bit of getting used to.
Take a look here: https://inkscape.org/en/
As an FYI, GIMP is a good replacement for Photoshop too. Same deal, GNU freeware license.

Good Luck!
