1448 Jon boat
Hey everyone I’m looking for some input on a new jon boat. I currently own a 1980 1448 Grumman that is old and tired and I’m looking for a new alwelded hull in the same 1448 dimensions. I’m also open to a modified V bow. I don’t wanna break the bank and I want something affordable and I’m looking for some input on what brands to look into? Any suggestion is appreciated.

Tracker, Lowe, Alumacraft, Lund, G3, they all make good boats.
It'll most likely boil down to what you can get in a timely manner and whatever dealer has the best service.

If you're used to moving the riveted 1448 jon by hand you will not be able to do that with a welded one.
I have a marriage license and a fishing license, but I only carry one in my wallet.

What do you plan to do with it? Do you have an outboard to mount already if you plan on going that route? You can get some barebones riveting hulls in that size and be super light or get ones with some decking/storage and welded hull and they get heavy fast. And of course there is a number of options in between.
