The rpm is coming from my tach and the speed is coming from my lowrance unit gps. I tried to check the prop quickly before work but didn't see anything on there. I'll look at it again tomorrow to see what I can find.

I used to just keep them on allway with my basic cheaper units. Now i have a hds7 on a ram mount so i just pop the ball out on it and take it inside. Its so convinient i bought a ram mount for my cheaper unit up front and take it off now.

Well i pulled the carb and broke it down spayed it with carb cleaner snd im going to blow it out then put it back together and see if it helps, if it doesnt help ill do it again but soak it instead of just sprayin it. Now i just have to find a water pump and replace it.
