I do have an upholstery shop in the area...have thought about bringing them down there and see what my options are. The biggest concern I have is getting the adhesive that would be up to the task. I think its plausible for me to do it but may be best left to those who know. Thanks.

I ended up trying it today, after I ran it dry yesterday. Started right up but I had to keep the choke out for about 5 mins, if I pushed it in before that it would stall. How long should warm up time be before you can push in the choke...been in the 40's at night. Matt

Used it a few times this year...firm up the fuel bulb...pull the choke...press the primer 2x's...press start...and were off. Today I couldn't get it to run for more than a few seconds...the more I pressed the primer the longer it ran...5 seconds tops. Ended up pressing the primer at least...

I think you would be fine with any 12ft V Aluminum. Most would be rated for at least 10hp and 3 people. Usually lots around used and many new...I figure around 125lbs so loading into a pickup isnt that bad.
