i have a 1432 alumnum flatbottom, i have a 1978 9.9 johnson, i weigh around 185, had about 2 gallons of gas, a battery and a trolling motor in it and my gps said topspeed was 17mph, does this sound about right?

im wantin to put foam in the floor , then floor it and make some storage. any ideas how to make waterproof storage? im wantin somethin small towards the back for tools and such, and im wonderin how to make the lid for my front seat storage, heres my plan, thanks
