12' John boat restoration!

Bought me a 12' this past weekend. This is my first boat so we'll see how it goes. Here's what I'm starting with















I took all the stickers and trolling motor off last night.


I'm going to sand and paint today. I'll update with pictures.



Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!

Yeah man. I never thought I could do something like this but by reading all the threads I feel like
I just might be able to pull it off.
