HUUUUUGEEEEEE update!
I've got the transom finished finally, motor mounted, and everything race ready.
Got to run the boat in a canal for the first time, boat runs great, still a little adjusting to do, but she pushes pretty good. I discovered a few motor parts I'm lacking, so ordered them and I also ordered a gallon of Parker's "Sand Tan" Duck boat paint. Going to strip the boat down and spray it and hopefully get my new console TIG welded and controls swapped over and in the boat.
