I'm looking to move my fuel tank forward and store it under the bow deck in a 2000 Smokercraft Lodge. The access hatch on the deck isn't large enough to fit the tank. Does anyone know of a commercially made hatch that would fit such a tank. Tank dimensions are 21.5"L X 14.24"W X 10"T.

Here's a photo of the front deck removed and the tank in place.

And a photo of the boat as is. The tank currently sits in the box at the stern, I plan to remove that box and use a movable pedestal seat.

Thanks for any ideas! I love this boat, I'm just trying to move some weight forward.

Dawson over at fish on fabrication should be able to take care of you. He has made me 3 so far. Full dry aluminum hatch and frame. Believe he’s a sponsor

^^^^ X2. FishOn Fabrications did a great job for me on some downrigger brackets.
