I am currently sporting a 1232...and yes stability is somewhat of an issue. I decked mine waaay higher than anyone should and its not horrible....not terribly anyway. You just have to be light on your feet. Fishing solo in it is great but with a buddy is a different story. Communication and paying attention is key. I built it for solo purposes though. I will have pictures up soon...you'll see what I mean about too high. The deck is level with the gunnel....scary.
