Now I just can't believe this??????
Several members from the Chicago land area and no one mentioned the famous "Chicago Style" hot dog. Duplicated all over the country but not near as perfect as the ones from the local vending carts in the City. Of course they are fully loaded with everything imanginable, including catsup, mustard, onions, peppers, pickle slice, saleray salt and other great ingridients. Must have a large mounth to get a whole bite off the end, mostly grab little bites to get through it. Oh yeah, lots of napkins..... Personally, I always skip the peppers and pull off the pickle to eat separate.
