 6:30AM-12:45PM Sunny, calm, 65-85 air temps, 74-77 water temps, heavily stained water.

The pikerel were on fire early morning. Caught five of them on lipless and regular cranks. Most went around the 1-2lb range.

The quality bass bite was real tough. Smaller fish were hitting the wacky rigged Senko. The better fish came on a SK series 5 crank in 4-5 feet of water. I spent a good amount of time pitching plastics and jigs in the timber with no luck at all.

Tournament season starts back up next Saturday at Assunpink(South Jersey Hawg Hunters)!!!!

Nice FD. We saw a couple of your guys out on Rainbow today.

You're right about the small ones in the timber. The bigger ones seemed to be out in the open deeper water.
