Mercury 20hp 4 stroke 20" long shaft convert to 15" short shaft

Hi there. Unfortunately my long shaft Mercury 4 stroke 20HP long shaft remote steering is 7 1/2" too long to fit properly. Much more than can be built up on my transom on a 10" 11" Rigid Inflatable Boat. The entire motor brackets would be above the existing transom. Also the engine would be sitting way up high. The model is IF203111EK S/N OR557933. 2013 I believe I have heard that one can change the Mid section exhaust tunnel, pipe, drive shaft and shift cable converting it to a 15" short shaft motor.

Does anyone have any insight as to how I would find the required parts for the conversion? Any insight would be helpful.
