Been watching this site for awhile and you guys do some excellent work. I have a 2000 Pro Team 165 that is in good shape and not in need of a restoration but I still cant leave it alone. I got her cleaned up real well and week I tore the front deck off and modified the rod locker so it can actually hold rods. I also carpeted the front gear storage area. The carpet doesn't really match but I don't want to re carpet the whole thing right now. Here are some pictures.

Here is the pictures of the modifications I have made so far. I took out the middle seat that a previous owner had added. I wasn't really going to use it made it harder to get to the back. I am thinking of adding a little glove box or some cup holders or both in that spot. Open to ideas. I upgraded the rod locker so that it better holds my rods. I still need to add straps so that it holds the end of the rods tight. I also added a swing tongue so that it would fit in my garage better.

Nice boat, congrats. Fish it for a while before making any big mods, you'll find out what you want or need by using it several times before bringing out the sawz all. LOL

 Nice boat!!!! Looks familiar??? =D> ...... I have the same boat, same year. Trolling motor, batteries upgrade should be tops on your list. I also doubled the capacity of the bilge pump. Good Luck!!!! Keep us posted.
