I've been after 'em every night. One more keeper (26" or bigger) and some more that were just barely short.
Biggest one (10 pounds give or take) came on cut trout. I miss a few every night on the same bait. These fish (at least right now) will drop the bait if they even feel a hint of tension on the line. I also had my line popped and my rod broken on a good one that ate a trout head two nights ago, and another line popped on a hookset last night.
Reports of 30 plus pounders keep me going back nightly.
Pictures of fish by a rod get boring so..
