Yeah, security guards are just a presence and a joke pretty much anywhere.

I don't think it is the security guards that keep crime rates lower in ours so much as they just tend to be newer areas, gated, and a little more pricey to live in...anywhere that isn't newer in Vegas the crime rates seem much higher.

i've been dealing with the strata nazi's for 10 years now.the only good thing i can say is our condo has increased in value by about 100k,but i'm still getting out of here as soon as i retire.the council drives me nuts with all their rules.i told the president if he talks down to my wife one more time, i will knock his teeth out,and he leaves us alone.my neighbor 2 units down actually punched out a rep at the last general meeting. :LOL2:
