What do I have

Bought a motor fri., can’t figure out what the model is, paper work says 1982, 40hp eve rude. Only number on paper work is E0105453. Any help is appreciate

I would take a look at the motor itself for the best clue. Motors should have a serial or model number, normally on the engine's mid-section. There will likely be a plate on the mounting bracket.

Found it, model number is stamped on one of the freeze plugs, along with serial number. I can find some of the info for the model number but not all of it.
