Problem with PMs taking hours to send?

Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me? Or maybe it is by design that they are only sent every so often...

yup, if its in the outbox you know they havent read it, if its not, then there ignoring you...

I have it set where a small alert box pops-up when there's a new pm. I've had them pop-up the minute I log-on.
