Couple little fishies

Talk about anything that floats your boat (no pun intended). This is general talk about anything not related to boating/fishing.

Couple little fishies

Started the season off pretty good in the big boat club. We finished 2nd, won big bass with the 6.5lber my partner is holding. Big Bass prize was a pair of Kistler rods. Plus we won 2 academy gift cards in a drawing.

That little thing I'm holding was just 4.5 lbs.

Nice!

What water temps did you guys have?

Catch them pigs on crankbaits?
Has the US declined since 2008? (I mean I'm just trying to get you thinking..)

Water temp was 61.

Both were caught on plastic. The big one was in grass & the other one I pulled off a stump.

61 degrees? Huh? (Powerplant cooling lake?) Wish my local powerplant lake was good- we had a big fish kill, be ruint for three years.

Yeah it's a poweplant lake. About 8 degrees warmer than regular lakes.

Sucks about the fish kill.
